In California, the median price paid for a home in December 2010 was $254,000, down 0.4% from Nov, and down 3.8% from $264,000 in December 2009. The year-over-year decrease was the third in a row after eleven months of increases. In San Diego County the median price was $335,000 in 2010 and $330,000 in 2009. […]
